Is the quote free?
Yes. We look at your home and your current system, then give you a fixed price for the installation. There's no charge for the survey or the quote.
How long does a new boiler take to fit?
Most straight swaps, where the new boiler goes in the same place, take one to two days. Moving the boiler or changing the type of system usually takes longer, and we'll tell you how long before we start.
Should my heating system be flushed?
It's strongly recommended. Sludge in an old system can shorten the life of a new boiler and affect the warranty. A MagnaCleanse flush after the new boiler is fitted is available as an add-on, and we'll tell you if your system water shows it's needed.
Which boiler is right for my home?
It depends on how much hot water you use, how many bathrooms you have and the size of your home. Combi boilers suit most smaller homes; homes with more than one bathroom in use at once may be better with a system or regular boiler and a cylinder.
Do you register the warranty and building regulations?
Yes. We issue your Gas Safe certificate, notify Building Regulations and register the manufacturer's warranty for you.
