A MagnaCleanse is designed to remove sludge and magnetite from your heating system. How much comes out depends on the condition of the system.

A magnetic filter on the return pipe that catches new sludge before it reaches your boiler. Add it when you book, or skip it if you already have a working filter.

Radiator replacement
Labour prices. The radiator and valves are charged on top, and agreed with you before they're fitted.
Standard like-for-like swap
Same size radiator in the same position, using the existing pipework.

Heavier or specialist radiators, priced once we know the model.

Call-out prices are shown when you book.
The price depends on when you need us, from a booked weekday visit to an emergency call-out. Each call-out includes diagnosis and the first hour, and parts are agreed with you before they're fitted.
Before you book
- Blocked radiators and valves. Heavily blocked radiators or failed valves may need separate repair. We'll tell you what we find and agree any extra cost with you first.
- Older systems. Once sludge is cleared, weak joints on older systems can start to show leaks. Any repair is charged at the standard rate, and agreed with you before we do it.
- Parts and materials. Radiator prices are labour only. Radiators, valves and parts are quoted and agreed before they're fitted.
- Bristol postcodes (BS). Visits booked for another day, annual services and MagnaCleanse visits include a £50 travel charge. Emergency and same-day priority call-outs are the same price everywhere.
- No VAT to add. Our prices are not subject to VAT. Full details are in our terms.
- Securing your booking. We place a hold on your card through Stripe when you book. When it's charged is set out in our terms.
